How to buy

In-Store Pick-Ups 

Choose your item and order online. You can either pick up you order at the AAU Bookstore personally during the opening hours or we can send it to you within the Czech Republic and Slovakia through Zásilkovna. 

 

What methods of payment do you accept?

Payment can be done either directly at the store by card only or via invoice when shopping online. The invoice will be sent once the order is placed. Note: All prices are in CZK.

 

How long will it take for my order to be ready?

It will take approximately 1-3 working days to process your order. You can either pick up you order at the AAU Bookstore (Student lounge next to the Café de Taxis) personally during the opening hours and pay in store by card.

We can send your order to you within the Czech Republic and Slovakia. First we will send you an invoice to pay for the purchase. As soon as we receive your payment we will process your order. Our small team works diligently to process your orders as quickly as possible and we appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to fulfil your order. 

 

How do I know that my order is ready for pick-up?

An email will be sent to you once the order is ready for pick up.

How long do I have to pick up my order at the AAU Bookstore?

Your order can be picked up within 10 days following our email notification that it the order  is ready for pickup.

If case we will be sending your order to you through Zásilkovna, then you will be notified by them. 

 

What if I don't pick up the order?

If you do not pick-up your order for which you have already paid and we have sent it to you, you will be refunded for 75% of the purchase price. The AAU Store will retain 25% of the order value for the processing costs.

 

ORDER DELIVERY 

For delivering your orders we use local courier partner Zásilkovna. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout. Please allow for 3-5 working days for your order to be processed. 

 

Can the products be shipped anywhere?

We only send orders within the Czech Republic and Slovakia, however, if you wish to have your order sent worldwide you will be responsible for all additional charges that may incur as a result of international duties and worldwide shipping costs.
